Cancellation or Change of Reservation Date
- All reservations must be canceled at least 5 days in advance and according to the selected cancellation policy, with which you are entitled to reimbursement.
- This cancellation must be communicated by sending an e-mail, and you can also contact us by phone for any comment you want to make.
- In case you want to change the date of the reservation, you must necessarily contact us by e-mail at least 5 days in advance.
- Cancellations or changes of date of a reservation less than 5 days in advance may not be accepted due to the demand of existing reservations.
